    So one day i decide to tell my friend who is complaining about his life that he should have some mental fortitude and get over it. he responded with what is mental fortitude? It sounds like non sense.    I thought about it for a while and when i tried to explain it I came up short so I'm taking a minute to properly define what the two words mean. First word 'Mental' the first result on google reads as such men·tal of or relating to the mind.    so obviously it deals with your mind in some form or another. The only reason parents love their children is so that in turn their children can pass on the love they were given, so when a child is never given love from their parent the next generation will never know how to show compassion. this is a thought that haunts me and also gives me hope, because if we all stopped caring for our children or fuck up somehow all generations after will be scarred but if we nurture our kids and others that don't know this same compassion then the world would know true peace and serenity.
